How it works

Visitors, delegates, customers, etc,  receive an email from us following their visit (email addresses provided by the relevant service provider) from which they are asked to complete the online survey unique to that company. To incentivise responses, recipients are offered entry in to a free prize draw.

Surveys are carried out by us continuously during the year and provide an important indicator not only of trends throughout the year, but year on year trends and benchmarked data across competitors, so for example, London can see how they compare with other cities (all individual city data is confidential and only the aggregated data for benchmarking purposes is provided) or a visitor attraction can see how they are being rated on service when compared to other participating visitor attractions.
